The Classical Revival influenced home at 710 N. Olive St. was built in 1912 for William J. Morrison, Jr. who married Emmy Friedrich (daughter of Ed Friedrich of Friedrich Refrigeration). The property is listed in the National Register.


The Queen Anne style house at 720 N. Olive St. was built in 1911.


The house at 724 N. Olive St. was built in 1909 and reflects the architectural shift from late 19th century Victorian to the early 20th century Classical Revival style.


The Italianate style home at 732 N. Olive St. was built in 1874 reportedly for Dr. Dignowity’s son, Colonel Edward Dignowity. It is one of the oldest remaining homes in the neighborhood.


The Queen Anne style home at 805 Nolan St. built in 1906 for Edward Friedrich (founder of Friedrich Refrigeration Company).
