El Parian Market Center

El Parian Market Center is an Avenida Guadalupe-managed facility that houses professional, service, and retail businesses. The facility was constructed in the early 1990s and opened as an economic development project focused on providing low-cost office space. At its conception, El Parian was intended to have a market-like atmosphere, hence the derivation of its name from the Indian term for "open-air market."
